We scrape your brand's web presence using Claude's web_search at request time — company facts, social presence, news mentions, review signals — narrowed to the time window you pick (7d / 30d / 90d / all-time). The LLMs then evaluate that data plus their own training-time knowledge of the brand. We don't pull from any walled-garden APIs (Twitter, Instagram, etc.); everything is publicly indexed.
We store the URL you submit, the brand-level signals we scrape, and the resulting scores so the cache works and your dashboard can show history. We don't sell or share data with third parties. You can request deletion of your account and all associated rows by emailing hello@fbrandscore.ai.
